EIDI Consists of a collection of technologies and solutions for enterprise document lifecycle management and processing from day forward incoming mails all the way to long term archival.

Inbound Mail Processing Application

Corporate inbound mail will be scanned at mailroom or we will collect them from a designated mail box. Scan documents are indexed and will be matched against requirements for every department / group designated to receive the documents. Documents will become available by either simply a message to recipients that “your image is available” with the corresponding link or, certain workflow will be activated for further processing of such documents.

Customized Capture

WAVE has developed state-of-the-art centralized data collection module which is a powerful, yet simple to use application allowing organizations with multiple offices located nationally or internationally to collect data from a central location in real time. Images are then uploaded to a remote central repository for online storage or further processing within a few minutes.

Document Request Fulfillment

Record managers usually receive internal and external requests for files and documents. WAVE creates a repository of all files at a local or remote facility. Then, all requests could be initiated online, and once a facility authorized staff authorizes the release of a document, the system will search and find the document and attach to an email and forward. Documents could be printed with the corresponding mailing label or faxed to a designated fax number. If a request requires a fee, WAVE has created an e-commerce module which will take care of the fee charge online.

High-Volume Document Image Distribution

WAVE has created smart high-volume image distribution modules which can distribute ad-hoc & large volume of scanned images data on daily basis over secured lines. This application works extremely well for mortgage and title businesses.
